The Role! ⭐️

The day to day 🏃‍♂️

• We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to come in and lead design across our entire Core Product surface area for practitioners and patients.
• This is an IC role that’ll partner cross-functionally with eng, product and design
• You’d be partnering closely with 2 product pods, currently staffed with 1 PM and 3-5 engineers each (though we’re hiring engineers and growing quickly!). The 2 pods today are:
  • Practitioner & Patient experience (working with Louise, Frankie, Tom, Kyle and Jonah)
  • Labs & integrations (working with Nick, Gunnar, Gina, Jedd and EB)
• You’d be responsible for owning the end to end design process — from problem identification, user research directly with doctors and patients, user testing all the way through to launch and iteration 😍
• Lead design projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomes
• The goal is to build features and experiences for practitioners and patients. This person will be vital in up-leveling our UX and making sure Rupa continues to be user-friendly and delightful
  • Examples of recent features we built 😍🚢
• There’s the opportunity to dip your toes into other areas of design on Rupa as well - such as marketing, social media, in-person conference stuff, swag, etc.
